That’s a huge statement that’s hard to wrap your head around, but the idea is that a video is going to have a much greater effect on the viewer than a written statement that says the exact same thing.
See a video of a person speaking is hitting you with 30 frames a second of something unique and something real. Seeing the emotion on someone’s face is powerful and hearing the tone of their voice as they recount specific experiences is an unparalleled way to understand their feelings.
So when it comes time to get some new customer testimonials, don’t settle for the same boring words everyone uses. Getting living and breathing people in front of the camera to talk about how great you are simply can’t be matched.
